– entry permits, work permits, dependant passes, student passes, special passes, alien identity cards, and certificates of residence, including renewals and extensions.
Organisation codes:
Support entities with immigration requirements for organisations employing or hosting foreign nationals, including relevant organisational registration and immigration portal processes.
Immigration Documentation & Applications
– application preparation, online submissions, appointment scheduling, document verification and follow-up with the relevant immigration authorities.
Citizenship & Supporting Documentation
– support with applicable citizenship and related documentation processes.
Post-Approval & Exit Support
– permit/pass renewals, cancellations, exit-related requirements, security bond recovery where applicable, and other immigration closure processes.
Mentaswift also assists with security bond recovery upon exit from Uganda and supports eligible clients with NSSF claims and recovery.
